Nogra's 2.1.0 update

Ton of bug fixes!

• *Hopefully* fixed the displaying of seconds and minutes in commands such as `a.uptime`

• Fixed `Missing Argument` error in `a.pogpong`

• Changed all error handlers in Nogra to `cog_command_error`

• Fixed `a.prefix` error when you do not have the proper permission to use the command

• Fixed `a.prefix` error when you did not include the new prefix.

• Fixed `a.viewdb` (admin command) bugging when there is nothing in the table

• Fixed `a.blacklist` error when you do not include a member in the command

• Fixed no error handler for `a.bon`

• Fixed emoji on `a.activity` displaying wrongly on mobile due to it being included in the hyperlink for stream links

• Fixed issue where certain unavailable descriptions for activities in `a.activity` would cause Nogra to be unable to reach a dev error.

• Fixed potential issue where variable name is similar to native function in `a.secretping`

Small feature changes:

• `a.blacklist` Now has its cooldown halved to 30 minutes!

• Access to the bot internally is now more secure with 2FA verification.

• `a.dankmemer` for you to know what Dank Memer utilities does Nogra have!

Other news:

• Buttons and slash commands will soon be available in Nogra, with the library used for writing Nogra's code getting an update soon.

• Image generation (or imgen) commands will be coming soon, with some imgen commands that you might have not noticed in other bots...
