Nogra's 2.0.0 Update

Bug fixes!

Cooldown is now removed if you received an ValueError (not integer when expecting integer) or an invalid member/channel when executing commands. If you couldn't get the syntax right when trying to spamping someone, you can send the command again without waiting for 20 minutes! (Such commands: a.spamping, a.dumbfight)
Fixed bug where a.idot view shows <#[]> instead of None if idot channels have not been set
Some messages that are sent when you do not have the proper permissions have been made more formal.
Fixed a bug for a command where not having the proper permissions will show the generic error message and not an informative error message.

LOTTERY REMINDER REWRITE

It listens to pls lotto now too.
It listens for every message now (Including Dank Memer's confirmation message), and replies accordingly.
It will now remind you once the lottery is over, not 1 hour later.
A bot reboot will no longer affect the reminder being erased.

LOTTERY REMINDER CUSTOMIZATION

You can set what kind of reminder you want when it's time for you to participate in the lottery again (via a DM or mention). You can disable it entirely too! a.lotteryconfig for more information!

PERMISSION CHECKER

Does a command not work properly? You can now see what permissions Nogra has in a channel with a.checkpermissions.

CUSTOMIZABLE PREFIXES are now available in Nogra!

Use a.prefix [prefix] to change Nogra's prefix.
